Mission Statement of MOUNTAIN BRED, LLC dba HORSE PARK USA™:
To improve the quality of life for all West Virginians by working together to:
I. Provide new industries to the state, resulting in massive job creation:
A. Theme Park Construction – melding a multitude of industries from construction
to equine (horse) industry to green energy to manufacturing and more.
B. Green Energy Production:
1. Construction and maintenance of plasma arc technology to power
theme park & recycle park refuse
2. Preservation, Protection & Utilization of West Virginia’s priceless natural
resources (water, air, land & energy)
C. Satellite Business Creation: businesses to maintain and support park and
extraction industries will include:
1. Construction, multi-faceted horse industry, engineering, hospitality,
agriculture, legal, medical, security, communications, marketing, retail,
administration, manufacturing, etc.
2. Extraction industry by-product collection services, trucking companies,
drilling companies, concrete delivery services, engineering, surveying, etc.
II. Preserve, Protect & Utilize West Virginia’s Priceless Natural Resources (water, air,
land & energy) through:
A. Prudent, extraction practices & intelligent management of our waterways
and environment
B. Co-ordination of extraction and environmental factions for the betterment
of all West Virginians
C. Shrewd lobbying for legislation to protect natural resources & extraction jobs
III. Implement Green Energy Solutions:
A. Plasma Arc Technology: Power theme park by recycling park refuse
B. Hydropower: Water Turbines utilizing clean energy from low head dams
C. Wind Technology: Roof mounted units on theme park structures
D. Solar Technology: Solar panels implemented in theme park structures
IV. Clean up water discharges and reduce TDS (total dissolved solids) from West
Virginia waterways:
A. Construction of a four mega-watt, gas powered plant at existing coal mines
for purpose of diverting flue gases and excess steam to distill the mine water
prior to discharge into fresh water sources
B. Construction of a four mega-watt, gas-fired power plant at a central collection
point for marcellus’ frac water for the purposes of diverting flue gases and
excess steam to distill the frac water prior to discharge into fresh water sources
C. Contract with Waste Management Systems to dispose of all waste products
produced from the distillation process into a lined, leach resistant disposal site
V. Clean All By-Products of Mining and Burning of Coal:
A. Collection of all by-products created from washing coal and ash from burning
coal, mixing with concrete to be pumped down hole in abandoned mines to fill
the mine void to reduce or eliminate acid mine drainage
B. Capture and liquefy carbon dioxide from coal-fired power plants and inject into
concrete/mine slurry being injected to fill mine voids
